About this cocktail
The Espresso Martini was invented in 1983 when a supermodel walked into The Soho Brasserie in London and requested a cocktail that would wake her up and “F” her up. Bartender, Dick Bradsell pulled a shot of espresso from the coffee machine, mixed it up and presented the Vodka Espresso.

Our Espresso Martini is made with uniquely Australian ingredients that are all Melbourne-made.
Jigger, cocktail shaker, strainer, martini glass, ice
Add 30ml vodka, 30ml coffee liqueur, 30ml coffee and 10ml sugar syrup to shaker, fill with ice and seal shaker. Shake vigorously for approximately 30 seconds. Strain into chilled glass. Garnish with three coffee beans.
Double strain – place a Hawthorn strainer over shaker tin and place a fine strainer underneath the liquid as your pour. This removes the ice shards and gets a silky smooth consistency.
Dry shake – Add liquid ingredients to shaker and dry shake (no ice) first to emulsify. Open shaker and fill with ice. Shake for approximately 20 seconds or until condensation forms on tin.
