Melbourne Moonshiner’s honour America’s prohibition and use a secret recipe from the Appalachian Mountains to produce their Sour Mash. Using corn sourced from Victorian farms and producing small batches at their South Melbourne distillery, the result is a crystal clear spirit, otherwise referred to as “White Lightening”. Each batch takes a week to mash, ferment and distil, the moonshiners producing a seriously high quality drinking experience.
