Our silicone ice moulds allow you to make large ice cubes, which are perfect for spirit-forward cocktails, such as Negroni and Old Fashioned. Larger ice cubes melt more slowly, preventing drinks from over-diluting, yet still do a perfect job of keeping your cocktail chilled. High grade silicon is tough, durable and flexible, plus the lid on the moulds simplify stacking your freezer. Silicon ice moulds can be run under warm water to help loosen ice cubes.
Fill ice cube mould with water and seal with lid. Place in freezer til water has frozen. To remove ice cubes, run both sides of the ice mould under warm water quickly. Warming silicon helps to loosen cubes. Hold the tray upside down and press the back of each mould with your thumbs to remove ice cubes.
Wash before use.
