Super easy!

I was able to pick the best pack so quickly and easily. I ordered it on the Tuesday and it was delivered on the Friday (on the birthday of the recipient!) would 10/10 purchase again.

Ordered a cocktail set at Xmas. It was delivered but wrong colour. The Cocktail shop has not responded to my emails for a refund and a return address for me to return. They clearly had no stock left at Xmas so just sent anything. Very disappointed with the product, not as described, and even more disappointed that they have not returned my emails.

This is the 4th time I've ordered from The Cocktail Shop. I organise virtual cocktail parties a fair bit and I appreciate the option to place a bulk order rather than individual orders. Makes it so much simpler. I'll definitely keep coming back for future requirements. I held back on the full 5-stars as this is the 2nd time that they have ran out of stock on the Grapefruit Spritz once I've placed my order. It's a popular choice and would love to see that item better stocked (or perhaps a comparable substitute that is not a Tom Collins). Thank you!

Hi-5's all around! Ordered the Grapefruit Spritz for Mum (a previous shiraz only kind of drinker) for Mothers Day and it did not disappoint! Can proudly say Mum is now a converted cocktail connoisseur!
Cocktail kit arrived on time, packaging was beautiful and it tasted even better! Looking forward to reordering again - but this time for me!

We recently held a virtual cocktail making class for a corporate audience, and bulk ordered Negroni kits from The Cocktail Shop, to be shipped to people in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Cairns. 

Mel was incredibly helpful, responsive, flexible and friendly throughout the whole process - the lightning fast shipping time, in the current pandemic environment is to be commended. Oh, and our audience not only loved the event, but loved the drinks too! 

The only thing that could have made this better would have being able to drink cocktails in person.

This was a fantastic way to get staff involved in a trivia event we held on line. We would under different circumstances had this in the office with drinks. But well done The Cocktail Shop for ;helping to set the mood. Only one complaint, but out of your control, delivery. Some didn't get theirs until the next day which we sort of expected, but not the next week or just last weekend!

The team were friendly and responsive. The cocktails arrived well before our work social event, which was greatly appreciated. Our group enjoyed the Tom Collins, Old Fashioned and Grapefruit Spritz - each cocktail was excellent and the kits, along with the instruction card, was very user friendly. I would highly recommend The Cocktail Shop to any large group looking to organise a team event - it did not disappoint.

I've purchased gifts for friends and colleagues a number of times and have always received exceptional service. There had been a few delivery issues (that was not the fault of The Cocktail Shop) and they fixed the issues with no extra charge. The sets have always been well received and I will be purchasing from them again.

Service provided from Mel and the Cocktail shop was outstanding. Easiest way to get some gifts for the team. Supplied all info needed to make a corporate order and touched base to provide updates to ensure they would arrive on time. Multiple orders to multiple states. Honestly couldn't recommend highly enough!

Ordered cocktail kits for 22 staff members working from home and we all enjoyed them together on Zoom for Happy Hour. Everyone absolutely loved them! The instructions were easy to follow, and the cocktails came very nicely packaged in a lovely white box. The process was very easy. Would definitely order from The Cocktail Shop again.

I needed to do a bulk order for work and it was so easy. Filled out the spreadsheet with everyone's address and drink preference. Paid. The rest was taken care of. We had a really fun afternoon making cocktails as part of our remote team gathering. We had a competition for dressing up fancy and fanciest cocktail glass.
