How do I track my order?
When we ship your order, you will receive an email that confirms that your order is on its way, as well as a notification with your unique tracking code to track your delivery progress online.

What if my order is lost of damaged?
Keep your eye on your tracking code and if you’re concerned your order may have gone missing, please let us know so we can track down your parcel. If your order is damaged in transit, simply email us within 48 hours of delivery with three photographs that clearly show everything effected, as well as a description of the problem.
